Harvard Too Strong Despite Accuracy Issues

Harvard won their first game 48 – 7 against a bigger UNH outfit at Harvard on Saturday.

Trailing 7 – 0 after a promising start from UNH, Harvard began settling into their game plan and were far to organized and structured in their 8 tries to 1 demolition.

Cal Bears beat BYU for 23rd Title win

The Cal Bears were predictably crowned National Collegiate Champ for the 23rd time in the school’s history on Saturday after beating Brigham Young 37-7 in a repeat match up of last year’s grand final at Stanford. (Cal beat BYU but just three points in 2006 to claim the crown)


Match Report - Cal Berkley vs St Mary's

National Champion favorites Cal Berkley easily dispatched St Mary's 33-12 in the Northern California Competition on Saturday.

The Golden Bears scored 5 tries to 2 in a clinical performance. Chris Biller scored 2 tries while Pat Castles, Rikus Pretorius and Colin Hawley scored one each. Kicker Chris Gurecki added 2 penalties and a conversion to accumulate 8 points for the match.
